About LodgeTally

Every stay accounted for.

LodgeTally is bookkeeping built for one specific job: keeping short-term rental money straight. When a property earns on Airbnb, Vrbo and direct bookings at the same time, the money arrives as payout deposits, platform fees, cleaning charges and guest taxes, and the numbers rarely line up on their own. LodgeTally brings stays, guest fees, operating expenses, mortgage payments, receipt documents and payout records into a single set of books, so every figure on the screen can be traced back to the record that produced it.

It is made for owners who manage one cabin, a handful of cabins, or a small portfolio of rentals and who would rather not maintain a spreadsheet every month. Booking reports and receipt photos can be imported and reviewed before anything is saved, mileage driven for the business is recorded separately from money, and the dashboard shows what a property earned, what it cost, and what remained. Reports can be opened on screen or exported as a document for an accountant or lender.

The app is built and maintained by a small independent software team, working directly with rental owners on how these records are actually kept. Each property's books stay private to its owner: one account never sees another's stays, guests or documents.
